Mr. Bibb is a graduate of the Norwich University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states. Mr. Bibb began his engineering career in 1980. Since then he has gained significant experience in the analysis, design, investigation, of structures throughout North and South America and Asia.
