Dr. Fehr holds BS, ME, and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering. He has worked for over 20 years in the electric power industry. His areas of expertise includes power systems, particularly fault analysis (symmetrical components, short circuit calculations, and protective device selection/coordination), raceway design (conduit and cable trays), and power quality. He is a registered professional engineer and a member of several engineering societies including Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Dr. Fehr has an extensive teaching background and has written a textbook in the engineering field.
