Mr. Rutkowski has more than two decades of experience in lectrical/electronics engineering, training and documentation. He's served as a radio engineer and chief engineer in the commercial broadcast industry and as electronic communications chief in the US Army. He was chief instructor at an electronics home study school. In the defense industry, George has written manuals on computer-based testing of military guided weapons systems. As electronics department head, George has organized and supervised a successful electronics curriculum for a Technical College and was technical administrator of their Continuing Education (industrial training) group. He’s organized Operation and Maintenance manuals and training on switchgear for high voltage traction-power engineers & technicians. He’s designed I/O interfaces for microprocessorbased instruments. As a consultant for the fire insurance industry, Mr. Rutkowski inspected fire damaged sites and prepared cause and origin reports. He’s the author of several commercially published text books.
