Mr. Morrow has been responsible for civil design and supervision on very large military projects developed in excess of 500 lots for single-family housing and served as designer and professional engineer on an additional 800 lots. He has undertaken the planning and design of commercial centers and multi-family facilities. He is a partner in four mixed-use developments from Phoenix to Kansas City. Currently, he is involved in the design of a mixed-use development in Kansas City, Missouri that includes a new shopping center, multi-family and single-family housing and the design of a new parkway passing through the development.

Mr. Morrow is a Registered Professional Engineer, specializing in engineering design and construction management. He has served as Project Manager on more than 200 projects totaling more than $350,000,000. Mr. Morrow has been responsible for civil design and supervision on very large military projects and has undertaken the planning and design of commercial centers and multi-family facilities.
