Ms. Berdugo is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and Auburn University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer. She has experience with a wide range of environmental topics including mobile source air emissions reductions, solid and hazardous waste program development and management, the National Environmental Policy Act, and natural resource management. She also has broad experience in the civil engineering field including construction management and utility systems upgrades. Most recently, she managed engineering contracts for the US Government, performing project management, data collection, technical editing and reviewing; and providing recommendations based on her expertise.
