Mr. Washington is a Construction Engineering Consultant and a registered Professional Engineer. He has over 30 years of construction management and engineering experience. The construction projects include bascule leaf, segmental and cable-stayed bridges. Heavy civil projects include pipelines to 21 feet in diameter, power plans, dams, water treatment plants and wharves.

Mr. Washington has performed a wide range of construction engineering designs that includes concrete forms, falsework, cofferdams, trench shoring, excavation stability and special construction systems. He has provided international consulting services on RCC and cofferdam work. To facilitate the design process, he has written over a hundred computer programs.
